Nigeria present situation can only be reversed by a selfless, empathic president, who is willing to jettison all personal gains and step on the criminal elites, declaring individual possession of foreign currencies as crime, banning black market currency exchange, blocking the boarders and increasing airport security so that no one can smuggle out currency of any form and making anyone cut, acting otherwise to be sentenced to life imprisonment including all accomplices. With the above, naira will become stronger than dollar.
